Secret agents live dangerously, especially when sinister cars have a new special weapon and an unknown boss is pulling the strings in the background. Lightning McQueen actually has nothing to do with this world of agents. He is looking forward to the World Grand Prix, a very special race to which his friends from Radiator Springs are accompanying him. But then the special weapon turns up at the race track and Lightning's rusty friend Hook meets Agent McMissile and his pretty assistant.
