Refund policy

Please return the items within 14 days of receipt in new condition and original packaging.

To make returns from Germany inexpensive, transparent, and quick for you, we offer the option of processing them directly through our website. Please use THIS LINK  and select the relevant order. We will then immediately send you a DHL return label including a QR code, which you can either print and attach to the return shipment or alternatively show the QR code at a DHL branch. Since we offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50, we ask for your understanding that we cannot offer completely free return shipping and will deduct €4.90 from your refund. Of course, you can also arrange the return shipment yourself.

For returns from abroad, we are unable to provide a return label due to technical reasons; in these cases, the return shipment must be arranged individually. We will generally inform you about the processing status and refund via email. Thank you!
