San Francis comes from the Bay and settled in BeastsTown many years ago. He runs a fish shop there and is one of the biggest customers of the oyster king Kick Klick. His great passion is deep sea diving and he has already discovered many a treasure at the bottom of the sea. However, he has not yet been able to lift any with his cuddly fins.
